The Filling Station is in partnership with the New Bern Amateur Radio Club and Jones County Emergency Management will be holding a Ham Radio Licensing Class for the General Class License. It is recommended that students hold a current Technician Class License. The Class is open to all ages and will prepare the students for the FCC Elements 3 exam, General Class.

The (NBARC) New Bern Amateur Radio Club monthly meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at Moore's Olde Tyme Barbeque Chicken & Seafood, 3621 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd. (Hwy 17) New Bern, NC 28562.
Arrive early at 6:00 PM to enjoy dinner & fellowship before the meeting begins promptly @ 6:30 PM. Our meetings are usually done by 8:00 PM. Meetings are open to anyone interested in HAM Radio!
